Where can I watch the latest season?! Or can I not until January in the US?

I got it from the library...I am referring to season 3. Season 4 premieres in January from what I understand.

January 5th is the US premiere of season 4, but it has already been shown in the UK as far as I know. They usually release the DVD around the same time at the US premiere on PBS.
