Christmas can get really overwhelming for us financially with our kids, our adult gift exchange plus LO's cousins. Then if DH and I decide to swap or not. Last year we did but this year we are unsure. Anyway...I mentioned to my siblings about having the cousins (my kids/their kids) draw names and just do it that way. Everyone gets a gift but there's not as much pressure to buy for so many kids. Plus I would be able to afford nicer gifts vs cheaper/smaller gifts. I still haven't heard back from them on this and it got me curious how others feel about it.
Do you think drawing names for gift giving is a good idea or do you prefer giving gifts to each individual person?
