Anyone know why you get the dreaded baggy booty with jeans? Especially ones that are still new?

@runsyellowlites: Me too! I recently bought some Loft jeans because I heard that they are so great and they do fit great. But, after I wore them just a couple of times the butt lost its shape, and it's not like I don't have a booty that can fill up jeans, haha!

Maybe you need to go a size down? I hate baggy booty syndrome!

@Boogs: Maybe we have too much booty for the jeans? Lol. My BKE jeans that I bought, washed to see if the hem would come up, and wore 1x started feeling bagged out.
I have heard that drying jeans in the dryer will cause the fibers to loosen & once they're dried once there is no "turning back".
Maybe when I get my new ones I'll make a point to not dry them and see if that helps!
@autumnlove: There was no going down a size for me.... believe me, they tried to get me in a size down and I couldn't button the suckers! lol

@runsyellowlites: Haha maybe! I've heard that also, I never dry jeans at all anymore. I just washed them for the first time and didn't dry them. They did the sagging before I even needed to wash!
@autumnlove: If I go a size down I can't button them lol!

@Boogs: Wash on cold?....
I really think it's just too much booty for the jeans. I don't even see skinny girls with saggy pants. And come to think about it, I don't think I had this issue before I had kids. hmmmmmmm..

@runsyellowlites: Yup always on cold. Haha must be it! I don't think I used to have the problem either....hmmm. It also makes me wonder if they are just making all the jeans cheaper nowadays.

@runsyellowlites: @Boogs: I got that advice from a sales lady at Pea in the Pod....but maternity jeans have that forgiving panel! I want to wear maternity jeans forever!

@autumnlove: LOL, yeah I could pull that off in maternity jeans. I was joking the other day how I was tempted to wear them to a big meal so I could be comfortable! hahaha!
