My son turns one in 11 days, and I've probably been in denial for the last month that he is on the way to transitioning from two naps to one . Although I AM excited at the thought of having flexibility to go out during the morning, I worry one nap won't be enough sleep. The longer of the two naps he currently takes is typically no more than 90 minutes, and the other is about an hour. When your LO transitioned to one nap, did it automatically get longer than the AM/PM naps? Was that part of the nap transition? I cannot imagine him functioning well if his sole nap is 90 minutes, so I am scared of going to one nap in the fear that it won't be enough sleep for him! Thanks in advance for sharing!
