My 10-week-old baby slept a long stretch last night (about 10 hours) and woke up nearly dry. When I changed him, it looked like he'd had at least a small pee (normal color/smell) but the yellow strip was still yellow. Usually, when he gets up his diaper is FULL of pee.

Since then, he ate twice, pooped twice, and peed a little. He's currently napping (and sleeping longer than I'm used to -- going on 1.5 hours).

Has anyone else had this happen? Would you call right away or wait to see if he has more wet diapers during the day? I'm trying to wait him out a bit, but I'm really nervous.
