Anyone have any cures?
I don't actually puke but I keep running to the bathroom and my body does the heaves but nothing comes up - it feels so gross. Sometimes I feel better after I eat but then I end up feeling nauseous right after I eat.

This happened to me during my first tri. I would keep mints with me at all times and noticed it helped a little. Having snacks stashed everywhere really helped me at work, etc. Hope it passes soon for you!

I had this all the time. Something to suck on helped like jolly ranchers or those pregnancy pops.

I had it any time I brushed my teeth-- like every morning.
Mostly though, I had to keep eating, but I couldn't eat too much at one sitting or it would make me feel worse.

For me it was saltines, Orangina or San pellegrino, hard candies, ginger candy to stave off the nausea and dry heaves! And ginger ale.
