I absolutely love my Dyson vacuum. It's made to suck up pet hair and it works great. It was worth every penny. I love that there is no bag, and it's easy to use.

I also have a dyson animal and love it! Once you go dyson, there's no turning back! I now want the handvac cordless one and a smaller dyson (animal ball). We've had ours for 6 yrs and we will need to service it soon, it makes a loud noise going upright to down, but it still works amazing!

I, too, have the animal and I love it. It's actually kind of terrifying to see how much hair and dust and just stuff that it pulls up. It's amazing and especially if you have pets, totally worth the investment.
