Thanks for the suggestions ladies! I guess I'll have to try or buy a few things and see what works.

I started with the demi and wore them until they got uncomfortable. Meaning the baby hated them as they would dig in a bit when I was sitting. Then I moved to the full panel. I don't think I would have liked the full panel in the beginning.
