I know, you're thinking "duh", but I'm actually wondering if it's supposed to be a round the clock thing, or if it's on and off.

I got reeeeally tired just before lunch at work. Power napped for 20 minutes during lunch.

As soon as I got home, I lay down for an hour, napped for another hour, and just stayed in bed on my phone until dinner time.

After dinner, I'm perfectly fine energy wise.

Is it supposed to be like this? Or is fatigue supposed to be just tired the entire day?

** and when I say "nap", I don't actually fall asleep. I'm like just listening to sounds around me.
