What are you putting in Easter baskets this year? I'll probably do sidewalk chalk, but I need a few more ideas! Maybe some cute spring jammies?

I usually do a book, summer pjs, summery shoes, and then a smaller toy (this year that is a Lego set, transformer and shopkins set for my 9, 6 and 2.5 year olds). Might throw in some bubble wands also.

Coloring books
Markers, colored pencils, and watercolors
Stickers
Two books
Welly Bandages
A puzzle
Two pairs of sunglasses
Chalk
The eggs we hide at home will be a mix of candy, annie's bunnies, and quarters.

Ours has new bathing suits, swim shirts, flip flops and sunnies, sidewalk chalk and jump ropes, a
paint your own stepping stones shaped like turtles, and super soaker water guns. Then I’ll throw in a little bit of candy.

I usually do sunglasses, a tshirt, bubbles and a bubble toy.
I want to get some more kinetic sand this year (dd got some for her bday and loves it), and some silly string, and will probably get the new Croods 2 movie.

3 zoey and sassafras books, a LEGO set, kitchen science experiment book, a 100 piece puzzle from crocodile creek and 2 new cards games: Trash pandas and rainbow rabbits.

My daughter is 2. She's getting some Little People animals, a small duplo truck set, and some snacks

We’ll be doing some new bubble wands, a smaller Scribble Scrubbies toy set, a chocolate bunny, and book for each. Debating adding a stuffed animal too. I’ll add some more candy for my older DD and some pouches/snacks for the younger. Maybe some cute bows or hair accessories to fit in eggs.
This will be the second year not hosting our bug egg hunt so we’ll do a scaled back version for just the girls and maybe our bubble family friends. Little crackers, candy, stickers, and stamps will go in the eggs for hunting.

I always have such a hard time with Easter baskets because DD's birthdays are in April.
I think this year we'll do:
For ODD (turning 5)
some crayons & coloring books
stickers
sidewalk chalk
bubbles
some sugar free candy (we've cut back on sugar drastically lately, it makes a huge difference in her behavior!)
And for the baby (turning 1) - probably a stuffed animal, maybe a small board book...and I don't know what else lol Puffs/cheerios in plastic eggs probably

@winter_wonder: Ok this is a little out there but I could not resist getting it for easter - esp since my son is into any and everything “baby” right now!

I have an 8 yo and 2.5 yo. So far I’ve got them each a couple books and a bey blade. I’m thinking pj’s & sunglasses. Big brother will get LEGO and little brother stickers and paper. Then lots of candy/treats.
In the eggs I’ll do a couple hatchimals, some coins and whatever other small things I can find.

our three will each include a jellycat stuffed snail/worm/slug. i don't know why but the jellycat non-traditional stuffies really crack me up and these creatures seemed perfect for spring.

@nwm: This led me to looking up the unusual Jellycats, which led me down a rabbit hole and long story short I just ordered a stuffed croissant for my son and it was a serious battle to not order myself a stuffed succulent and now that I'm writing this I think I might go back and get it for my desk.
ETA stuffed aloe on it's way to me woohoo!

I get really carried away with Easter because I don't get them much toy-wise throughout the year. Anyway...I have three boys, all are getting a new swim suit, surprise squishmallow, globble balls, an usborne book or two, and some candy. In addition to that:
DS1 (5.5) - Pokemon handbook, card pack, starter game set, surprise lego figure bags, dimple keychain
DS2 (3) - a bunch of eggs with different kinds of slime, putty, and foam in them, a dinosaur drawing kit, dimple keychain, surprise mini thomas trains
DS3 (1.5) - I am using his basket to stock up on some essentials so he's getting a huge thing of sidewalk chalk, outside bubbles, and bubble bath. He's also getting a foam sword to slay the dragon (aka dad) with his brothers before bed, who already have swords.
I think I have some other things squirreled away that I can't remember.
