if you celebrate Easter, what do you all put in the Easter baskets? I usually do one "big" item (game/movie) and then fill it up with healthy snacks, a couple pieces of candy, a book, and some filler toys like bubbles. What about you, what do you put in your Easter baskets?

Same as you - big item, piece of clothing, candy, then probably shopkins for DD and pokemon cards for DS

I haven't totally figured out what we're doing, but last year we did: stuffed animal, books, hot wheels, pjs, flip-flops & sun hat, and a couple chocolates. I think I want to continue to do the beach stuff, books, and a couple chocolate, but otherwise, I'm not sure what we'll do.

I have no idea what I'll put in the Easter basket, but probably snacks/candy and a small toy

Last year, DS was only 7 months old, so we did things like puffs, mum mums, a sectioned kiddie plate, some small plushy toys, and a $1 noisemaker from the Target dollar bin (it was his favorite, go figure!)
This year, I am going to include some more snacks (he's really into marshmallows, so maybe I'll get him a tiny peep), 4 board books I got on clearance, and a toy I saved from his birthday (he got too many toys so I'm rationing them) - its a wooden train set.

This year I'm going to do a bathing suit and maybe a new sun hat, binoculars and maybe some other little outdoor things, some spring craft kits from michael's and candy.

Always a book, some snacks. DD1 got a electric toothbrush and Frozen flashlight (obsessed with flashlights!) so far.
Probably going to put a set of tub tattoos in each of their baskets because we need new ones.
And maybe a set of matching spring jammies.@JerricaBenton: binoculars are a great idea! DD1 loves to put on her 'noculars to look for things. LOL Might save that for her bday.

@regberadaisy: yes! Lo plays with a set in one of her classes and she loves them so much! They have reasonable, well rated ones on amazon!

Probably will do bubbles, an outfit, flip flops, and some treats (applesauce, goldfish, maybe some gummies).

We usually do lots of quiet church activities in her basket because we have a big church conference the whole weekend...stickers, colouring, foam sticker crafts, books, etc.

An Elmo book about Easter, his life jacket / puddle jumper, his swimsuit, Easter egg play doh, sidewalk chalk, a doctor's kit, and some cars.

I usually give him all the stuff he's going to need for summer - over his past 2 Easters he's received infant life jacket, puddle jumper, toddler life jacket, iPlay sunhat, swimsuits.... I was tempted to put sunscreen in there this year but thought that would make me worst mom ever. I now see why my mom did it - it's good filler in the basket and it's a gift as opposed to a necessity (which is easier in my mind for some reason).

I hit up the $1 section at target today-sunglasses, stickers, sidewalk chalk....Easter is a few days before her birthday, so it'll just be little stuff

We will be out of town so I'm just doing 2 gifts. A Llama Llama book and a green toys tractor.
Last year I just did a few small things. I tend to stock up on things that I like or are a good deal so I usually have a few ready to go items around.

We always get a reusable cloth basket at like Marshall's, filled with mostly books, & some summer necessities like sunglasses, sun hat, etc. But he's almost 3 now, so I think I'll include some treats in there too. It'll be fun because Easter is on my birthday this year! (Or is it the other way around, haha)

I got her a little stuffed bunny today. I'll probably add one or two more things. DH thinks it's ridiculous since we're not religious, but we celebrate a secular Christmas, so why not Easter?

LO is only 7 months old (will be 8 by easter) so we're going to do bath toys. Ive had some on his amazon list for months and now that he has taken more of an interest in toys (and will probably be taking baths sitting up soon) I want to get them. I also want to get a kids book explaining Easter. We're not practicing any religion right now but I think if we are going to celebrate it, he should know what the holiday means.

I had success at The Christmas Tree Shop! I bought egg-shaped chalk for coloring the driveway, a kids gardening set, some candy, Easter-themed socks, and some National Geographic Kids books on trains, whales, and frogs!

Easter book (religious), soft toy, something fun (small game, sidewalk chalk, wind-up toy... Something along those lines), candy/snack, some kind of small treat (cabdy or toy) inside plastic eggs.

We saved two gifts from Christmas that didn't get opened - the Sneaky Snacky Squirrel Game & a Mr. Potato Head. I have also gotten her a spring themed plate, cup and fork.
I want to get a book and a stuffed bunny. We'll do a chocolate bunny and candy in plastic eggs. That SHOULD be it but I am eyeing some other stuff!
I also really want to get her a little IKEA table & chair and put her basket on there Easter morning.

She's getting My Little Pony and a set of Japanese DIY candy boxes, plus a couple Kinder Surprise eggs.

I don't do a ton because I don't want her to expect it to be like Christmas part 2. This year I think we'll do a book, some crayola color bath drops, and some sort of snack like cheddar bunnies.

LO will be close to 9 mos on Easter. I'm thinking of doing some headbands, a 360 cup, the fuzzy duckling book, a couple little rompers I got on sale, some freeze dried berries from trader joes or some puffs/yogurt bites, and Probably a few empty plastic eggs. I'm so excited!

So far, they're each getting a religious/Easter book, a book related to their current interests, a Disney movie, a patron saint magnet, a personalized beach towel, a ball cap/sun hat, a little bubble gun, candy (in eggs), and stickers.

D's birthday is in January, so he gets kind of jipped in the way of opening gifts from us for his birthday. We were at TRU today and saw a Home Depot landscaping set that I think we'll get for him. Normally I think big gifts for Easter are a little silly, but he literally opened one thing from us for his birthday. We may continue this tradition - basket of little stuff from the bunny, then a bigger gift from us. I dunno. We haven't decided.
To answer the original question, the basket will be snacks and chocolate, one small thing (I got D a pair of sunglasses) and maybe a book.

I got a fractions game that uses eggs as manipulatives, so it's kind of in the Easter theme, a book on science experiements that I picked up at Costco and probably a few other things. It's more for me, I adore putting together the basket and we don't put food or candy in it.

I ended up ordering an alphabet Water Wow from M&D for DD1, I'm really excited for it! And I found some cute princess stamps from M&D that I'm including as well! DD2 has a cute shirt and mostly some snacks since her birthday is this week and she's only 1

Still thinking about this but right now I'm thinking:
DD1 (2.5 years): sunglasses, hair band, Annie's graham cracker bunnies ("special bunnies" as she calls them), egg sidewalk chalk, maybe some small craft kit from the dollar spot or something, and an Easter board book. And some candy but not too much- she doesn't get moderation.
Eta: and piggy paint if I can find it!DD2 (3 months): sunglasses and hair band, bunny angel dear lovey, Easter board book, sun hat (hand me down from older daughter). Maybe I'll put chocolate that I want in her basket.
And maybe a set of matching spring jammies.
