I'm really trying to make a conscious effort to eat in a healthier way. My biggest problem is that I have a peanut and tree nut allergy. Since I have that, I can't substitute gluten flours with almond flour, I can't snack on nuts for all the great things they offer, etc.

I eat a lot of fresh fruit, not a huge raw veggie person. I get stuck on things I can snack on more than anything.

Help me be healthier, bees!
