I'm looking for tips on how to deal with my son's eczema. He's 19 months old and was diagnosed a little over a month ago. It's pretty much all over, but mostly on his arms and legs.

The doctor gave us EpiCeram (non-steroid prescription topical) and we've also been using Cerave Cream and Aveeno Baby Eczema Cream. We also switched to Tide Sensitive Skin for laundry detergent. (I've washed all his clothes and linens in that). We also switched soaps ... we were using J&J Baby Shampoo and now we're using Dove Sensitive Skin.

It actually pretty much went away after switching up the products, but it's coming back again. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips we haven't thought of or that the doctor hasn't mentioned. He prefers that we don't use steroids unless nothing else works.
