Lo has had a rash on her neck that I originally thought was a drool rash. But none of my treatment seems to help. Today her teacher suggested eczema. I couldn't get a great picture but her neck looks similar to her chin here.
Thoughts? And how would you treat?

It does look like it could be mild eczema. My son's flares up around his mouth when he is teething / drooling too. I'd put vanicream on it several times a day. My understanding is that it creates a moisture barrier that will help ! Hopefully it won't get any worse and just lotions will help.

I agree that it looks like eczema. We have a prescription that helps with our kids' eczema, but you could try aquaphor or even hydrocortisone ointment.
