Does anyone have one yet? What do you think of it?

I'm a leader of our local babywearing group, so I got to test one. I wasn't impressed. The facing-in carry was fine, but the facing out carry is incredibly awkward. It's like having your baby on a big shelf in front of you!

@grizz: Thats a shame since forward facing is my #1 reason to buy it. Haha

I have one but my baby is only 2.5 months so I haven't used it facing outward yet. It is way more comfortable than my Bjorn but a little harder to put on. The Velcro is strong but so loud!! It's woken her a few times when I transfer her after she's fallen asleep.

Bumping this... I originally registered for the original Ergo baby... Should I get the 360 instead?

Good to know! Ive been debating between the ergo 360 and a Lillebaby airflow carrier which I hear is similar but more breathable fabric.

@snowjewelz: I think if your planning on getting an ergo anyways you might as well go for the 360. I totally would. I have the classic one and wish I had the 360.

@leelee: True... It seems like the 360 is super high in demand and hard to find everywhere right now! I already have a bjorn so I guess I can afford to wait for it/find it?

@snowjewelz: I think the original is far more comfortable. They also have a new Ventous model, with a breathable center panel. A lot of our babywearing group members got Lillebaby carriers this past weekend, and really like them. Do you have a local babywearing group where you can try them on? Or a store that will let you try on their demos?

@AprilFool: I have the 360 and love it. I was originally going to get the Baby Beco Gemini but my husband trusts Ergo's committment to ergonomic products, so we got the 360.
My baby (6 months) loves the forward facing position. In fact, he cries if I try to put him facing in. We are waiting a little longer to try the back carry and I am always too lazy/too much in a hurry to do the side carry.
We love the 360.
