My feet have been killing me lately - not sure if its a corn or a callous on the balls of my feet but I have to use padding so it doesn't hurt. Been trying over the counter stuff but wondering if it would warrant a trip to a Podiatrist?

I've been to a podiatrist for--i have pronation issues in my feet and was having serious ankle pain due to a falling arch. So that was good to know. I also had to have surgery on both my toes, which sucked BAD. It never hurts to have it looked at. And I always prefer a specialist to a regular doc!

I haven't but I seriously prioritize my feet and totally would go (I just saw my general doc for it). I had a stress fracture and still have plantar fasciitis. I only wear high arch birks now and never go barefoot. Luckily I tracked down some high arch birk inserts so I'm not just in sandals.

Yes, I had ingrown toenails removed when I was 18, best thing I did for my feet.
