That looks scary! Hope the kid wasn't injured.
That reminded me of one of my husband's recent parenting fails. He was at the playground with our 1 year old who's not yet very stable on a slide on her own. He put her halfway up one of those spiral slides to let her come down. But she came down so quickly that he didn't get to the end of it in time to catch her. She flew off the end and onto the ground. -
Omg always my biggest fear!

@mrbee: I wasn't there. He came home and said "I messed up...". After knowing that LO was okay, I teased him that all the other parents must've been shaking their heads.

@mrbee: yes, he's very good about that. Plus, I think he finds it funny because that is something that would totally happen under his watch. I'm glad he pushes them out of their comfort zone though since I'm the opposite.

OMG! That is so horrible! I hope that kid is ok!!!!! It is a fear of mine. Also them hitting the back of their head on the end of the slide.

lol that's awesome that your hubby confessed! i truly lol'd at the thought of the other parents looking on!
