We just got back from the waterpark. It's a scorcher out there! Mr Bee is napping with Charlie, and I just put Olive down for a nap. I hope she naps a long time! I should be cooking or cleaning or working, but I'm Hellobee-ing instead!
When everyone wakes up, maybe we'll go a local community garden I've really been wanting to check out.

We've been doing yard work all morning since we just moved, trying to get everything looking pretty. I just rocked baby to sleep and am editing my friend's thesis while baby lays on me. I need to go put baby down and go back to working in the yard but it's so comfy holding baby in front of a fan.

Went to breakfast with my husband then the farmer's market and a local produce store. Then we went to Lowe's and Home Depot looking for rock, then lunch. Now we're headed to a nursery to buy the rock. He'll work on that while I do some cooking then we have 2 BBQ's later tonight.

@Maysprout: nah olive was napping the whole time. by the time we make it out of the house with everything we need for two kids, it's usually nap time for olive.

LO just went down for a nap in her crib (!) and I'm hoping it's a long one too. I just finished cutting up the veggies to marinate that we'll grill for dinner, and then I'm going to put some laundry away and mop my floors.
DH should be home in a few hours and then we're going to get ready for a BBQ we're going to tomorrow for Canada Day

Just finished half hour on the treadmill at he gym. Been a while since I worked out. It feels good. Then I'm going to pick up some lunch. Want to stop by the neighborhood pool and sign LO up for swim lessons later.

update: i am now organizing all my pictures and uploading them to google drive. it is going to take months probably to get all my pictures uploaded a little bit at a time. but at only $5/month for 100gb, that's not a bad price!

We heard about the water park and wanted to go today too.... but got outvoted and went to a puppet show instead. At least it was inside in the cool.

It is so hot out! We just got back from the Natural History Museum with my sister and all the cousins. It's my birthday, so we'll head out for a birthday dinner tonight
