I'm in the market for a new face cream. I want something more cream than lotion. Looking for a day and overnight version. Not too expensive....thanks!

Youniques day/night cream is free of parabens, preservative and more! It's creamy and very hydrating!

I also like Loreal youth code day/night cream

I really like the Body Shop's aloe vera night cream. They also have a matching day lotion but I haven't tried it.

I love Philosophy! Its called Hope in a Jar and I love how it has made my skin look and feel They have one for night too! I found the pricing to be pretty standard for a good line and I find it worth it

@regberadaisy: I wonder if you might like one of those overnight sleeping mask type creams. They're very emollient.
I'll be honest, I am not picky, nor am I extremely careful about ingredients, so I use Olay, Garnier, etc, basically whatever I can find at Harmons and use my 20% off coupons. I also have an Asian snail mucin overnight mask that I ordered from Amazon. I use it maybe once a week because it's very emollient and it leaves my skin very smooth.

@looch: haha I've been using Ponds my whole life. I'm getting "older" so I want to start investing in my skincare a little bit!
@mrschickpea: @ms.line: @jh524: thanks! Will check those out.
@ms.line is that scented? Scented items give me bad headaches.

@regberadaisy: Nope, it's fragrance free - I don't like added colors or scents, either. Here's the link: http://bit.ly/1VdbyPE

@regberadaisy: Haha, I get it. I just hit a milestone birthday this year and I had the same idea.
Another option could be for you to add a serum. It's recommended as you get older to add a serum to attract moisture and then use a cream on top of that to hold it to the skin. I am using an anti aging one from Bobbi Brown now, it's just two drops that i massge in gently before putting my cream on.

I have sensitive skin so I am careful about what I use. I recently tried a sample of the First Aid Beauty Repair Cream and I really liked it.

I plan to purchase the full size when my skin starts getting dryer in the cold weather. I like a gel moisturizer in the summer but definitely need a cream in the winter.

Check out TJ Maxx. They have a lot of higher end/organic skincare. I am partial to the things with vitamin C. Makes my face brighter. I recently bought Avalon's organics vitamin C cleansing milk and will go back today for the cream. I bought a different one by Bliss but it is botanical and my face literally smells like a stable after I use it (but it does work well!!!!).
I did recently plow through some Arbonne Re9 samples. Wash, serum, day cream, eye cream, and night cream . it is really expensive but I did love it!

I've been using Neutrogena Naturals face cream and I really love it. It has a very light scent (I can't stand strong scents but this I like.)

I used Hope in a Jar for years, but I only liked the oil free one and they seem to have discontinued it, so I switched to Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve and I like it so much better! It goes on nicer and I enjoy the smell, and it leaves my skin so soft.

Laneige makes an overnight water pack (Target sells it!). It's like a mask but you can leave it on overnight and it's not sticky. I use it every night in the winter!

@erinbaderin: I think I'm going to try the Fresh cream! I've been using Alba Botanica but my face feels so greasy and my breakouts have been worse since I started using it.
