Ooo I love your color choices! I really like the plum with gray accents look. I really like mustard with chambray for fall too.

We might get some fall pics done as well. Here are some inspiration shots.

@Arden: Ooh that squash colored cardigan looks similar to the one in the first pic I posted! Great minds. I think your outfit for yourself is perfect... just what I had in mind too.

@runsyellowlites: where are you from? i'm in socal... so we don't get to wear clothes like that til dec/jan either.

Arden how in the world do you manage the layers?! I swear my face is like melting off & I'm in jeans & tanks almost all the time!

Our photog kept assuring me he could fix me sweating down my face for our last shoot.. Maybe I should just deal & go all out for fall!... Maybe. Lol

@runsyellowlites: where is that gray shirt from for your DH? I'm looking for a gray shirt for our fall photos for DH.

I don't have any pictures but starting to work on our outfits for R's 8 month shoot in November.

I might go with non nontraditional fall colors. I bought a navy striped dress with pink elbow patches from the GAP and got her navy polka dot tights to match. Have DH wear some kind of blue button up and jeans. Then me in navy sweat/shirt and pink scarf/jewelry. Our photographer said that this color scheme would be great.

But then I might put her in a cream sweat, jean skirt, and some kind of leggings. Then DH and I in more traditional fall colors.

@Arden: @runsyellowlites: I went roaming around the mall during my lunch break today because of this thread! I think I've decided on a mustard yellow/navy/gray combo for our fall shoot.

@runsyellowlites: What program did you use to put together your inspiration board?

@runsyellowlites: @mrskc: DH has that grey shirt, and I (we) LOVE it. He's worn it for two rounds of family photos so far, lol.

@Arden: You can import from other websites! Kind of like Pinterest you can install their "clip it to Polyvore" for your toolbar & then use that.

@Arden: Not that I've seen. You can use your imported items, but you can't actually import them... unless I've just missed that.

@MediaNaranja: I wish I knew - I like it too! I searched for "plum fall fashion" on pinterest because that was one of the colors Arden was thinking about using, and that picture came up. It doesn't link to any site... it's just a picture.
