Has any heard of these or have any experience with them? They look cute, functional and very affordable, but I hadn't heard of them until now. I'm thinking of buying a few, but I'm wary since the price seems too good.

Just from a quick glance, they look like Alva diapers. Some people love them and some people hate them (like all Cd's) but the only thing I know is that they are made in China. I have also heard that people love the bamboo inserts.

I think they are alvas. I have a bunch of alvas and love them. The bamboo inserts are great .

Buy one and try them out.
I bought about 6 different diapers to start out and tried them all a number of times before deciding on the ones that worked best for my LO. (Bum Genius)
What I found interesting in my 'experiment' is that the ones I liked the best just from touching and handling them before trying them for a while on LO (Charlie Banana), I ended up liking the least!
Even if someone here likes those diapers you posted, they might not be the best for your LO, perhaps because of the fit.

@cvbee: That's a good tip. I'm trying to start our stash with a few different systems (AIO, AI2 and pocket) to see what works best for LO, but I totally see your point on trying different brands as well. More shopping to do!
