Where do you even buy those kind of maternity bottoms?

I try not to spend more than $40 on bottoms, knowing I will only wear them a few times (and for a limited time only).

@littlek: I wore jeans to work, too.

@littlek: well, crap. I've scoured their site & pea and a pod & haven't been able to find anything close to what I had. They were similar to these but not as boot cut and they had a under belly band. Sorry, that's no help!

I bought a pair of Citizens that I LUUURRRRRVVVVVE. I did not like the Paige mat jeans because they aren't designed like maternity pants... instead they have a regular button fly and elastic sections are the waist. Given how I carried DD, that would have only worked until about 26 weeks... nevermind that it likely never would work for a second pregnancy (I am already anticipating getting much bigger next time ).

If you don't mind ordering online, try Piperlime. They have free returns and you can often get 20% off coupons. I tried a bunch of styles on at PitP and then bought them through Piperlime.

I agree on Paige and j brand. I only had j brand through. I bought the skinny legging jean and literally lived in them. Even past my due date they were still comfy. I normally wear a 26 and I bought a 27. For about 2-3 months they were kinda big and not the best fit but at about 6 months preggo and on they were perfect. They definitely stretch a lot.

I did have a pair of gap full panel always skinny legging jean that I loved but they got a rip in the crotch that couldn't be fixed when I was like 37 weeks

I got these 7FAM at Macy's recently. The wash is darker in person than it appears onlne. They run really long, as expected - even though I got petites:

@Mrs. Jump Rope: I wear jeans on Fridays. When I was pregnant I wore very fashionable Old Navy maternity jeans.

I bought all of mine at Old Navy.

I had Paige jeans and didn't love them. They had no stretch! My gap long and lean fit excellent. And I usually do wear designer jeans.

@locavore_mama: I haven't had any from the regular line for a few years so I'm not sure. They are very flattering and comfortable. Get some!

Pre-pregnancy I love J Brand, AG and Citizens. I plan on getting a pair of each in maternity

So far I have a pair of white maternity J Crew Toothpick jeans that I love...I haven't worn them yet (too soon for white and I'm not quite ready for them belly-wise) but they already fit great everywhere else. And I love their jeans Pre Preg as well. Perfect length since they are "ankle" which come to a normal length for me.

I also got a pair of Pea in the Pod's line of jeans...they're a boyfriend fit. I have worn those a few times when regular jeans just don't fit. Darn in-between phase of pregnancy

@SweetiePie: I covet white maternity jeans and I'm not even pregnant! @littlek: that is a great policy!

@littlek: These are perfect! I can't wait until it gets a little nicer out so I can start wearing them. FYI, I got a size up for myself since a) I expect to gain a bit more weight and b) white jeans tend to show bumps and bulges more (the unflattering kind) so I didn't want them to be super skin tight.

I had a pair of Japanese Weekend jeans that I LOOOVED, but I got them at a consignment store do I don't know if they even make that style anymore.

(annnndd...I might just still wear them even though I haven't been pregnant for months. Haha.)
