I'm having trouble staying hydrated this week. What are some of your favorite drinks?
So far today I've had ice cold water, a cup of hot decaf tea, and some lingonberry syrup from IKEA mixed in water.
Nothing sounds good to me right now.
It's like pregnancy food aversions have now extended to drinks as well.
Pre-pregnancy I drank a ton of water all the time so this sucks. And I already have really bad constipation and not being able to drink a lot makes it sooo much worse.
