I've NEVER been to a fair! So lame since I lived in CA for 29 years and could have gone to the OC/LA fairs. Anyway. 
I've always wanted to try fried twinkies, big turkey legs, chocolate bacon! What else have I been missing out on?!

@chopsuey119: heaven in my mouth! Thin dough deep fried shaped like pizza dough then sprinkled w powder sugar, cinn sugar, hot fudge, fruit topping, etc whatever mix u want. Crispy and sweet, so gooood!

There are SO many fairs/festivals in our city every summer. ALmost one every week. I miss the San Gennaro Fest in NYC every September.

I love street fair food in NYC! especially...
zeppoles... balls of deep fried dough with powdered sugar.
juicy grilled corn on the cob with butter, salt, some chili powder...
mozzarepas... cornmeal patties and gooey mozzarella cheese
