I don't watch many movies either, but in 2012 I saw Dark Knight, Argo and Skyfall and liked all of them. I saw Hunger Games too, but it was just ok. The books were better.

Avengers, Argo, Looper, Dark Knight, Hunger Games, Amazing spiderman (so much better than the first three IMO), Life of Pi, Silver Linigs Playbook, Cabin in the Woods, Zero Dark Thirty and Django Unchained.
