Come on - we all know we love the Muppets. But we all know that the Muppet movies weren't created equal. DH's favorite Muppet movie is "Muppet Treasure Island" (1996). Mine is "A Muppet's Christmas Carol" (1992) followed closely by "Muppet Classic Theater" (1994).

We re-watched the original recently and I can't believe I even found it funny when I was a kid - I just now pretty much got all of the jokes! 
But I think I still like the original best!

I also love the Muppet Christmas Carol best...but I REALLY love the muppets, so I have no preference for any order of the others.

My order is: Muppets Take Manhattan, Muppet Christmas Carol, Muppet Movie, Great Muppet Caper, The Muppets (the Jason Segel one). Muppets in Space and Muppet Treasure Island are so far below the others in quality I almost consider them to be non-canonical!
