I'm trying to eat less processed crap. The first month PP I ate all the cookies I could find.
This is the yummiest recipe I've found so far http://www.theclothesmakethegirl.com/2010/02/02/greek-beef-stew/
I'd love to hear what yours is.

@hotchildinthecity: The 5 ingredient spaghetti pie is MY FAVORITE. I've made it for people who weren't paleo and they loved it! One of my friends was shocked that there wasn't cheese in it. I add bell pepper, turkey pepperoni and pineapple too. Sooooo good.

@Running Elley: omg its sooooo good. I even eat the leftovers for breakfast. I just made her double chocolate espresso muffins and they were amazeballs.

Oh a coworker just sent me a link with so many recipes, she said they were all turning out great, I will find it and post!

Although not specifically paleo, I think it does quality - Jamie Oliver's beef stew is amazing.
Elana's Pantry is my favorite website - mostly for baked items. All her recipes have been to die for. Her german chocolate cake is what I made for J's birthday and no one could tell it was paleo - it was incredible.
If you're looking for a cookbook, I love Practical Paleo - so far everything I've made out of it has been great!
