Do you have any favorites kinds of shoes for your LO(s)?
I always buy converse and Nikes, they are always adorable and stylish. I also loved puma infant crib shoes. From following more Instagram shots I've noticed that converse and moccasins seem to sell like hot cakes.
So I was just wondering if there are other great shoes options I don't know about?

I think it depends on the age of your little! Last year, I loved See Kai Run Smallers for her, but this year (when the snow is gone) I'm going to have to find something with a sturdier sole!

I like the SKR maryjane sneakers (for summer with socks) and Stride Rite SRT boots for winter. Kid walks a couple miles a day!
I also like pediped but they do run kind of small.

Hunter boots for my older toddler. she's obsessed. and with the use of the liners, we've gotten almost 2 years of use out of them!
Love SKR smaller for my 16 month old.

Nikes, Puma's and Natives have been our faves. Gap always has cute girls shoes but they aren't great for little feet!

My daughter loves these SKR mary janes tennis shoes. Too small for her now but she still loves and wears them. My son loves his merrell slip ons. Other than that, they wear mostly nikes, adidas, natives or saltwater sandals.

SKR for everyday/preschool schools. Their sneakers are so comfy, my lo says.
Umi and Livie and Luca for dressier shoes. One pair of crocs. Saltwater during the summers.
Agree with @HLK208: that Gap and ON have cute shoes but they're not very good for little feet. I stopped buying them. One exception is ON jellies- she loves them and we have several already

Depends on the age. Right now, at 3, we always have a pair of New Balances and Sperry boat shoes in stock. For summer we switch to crocs and Natives. He's also into his Boogs boots right now.

I think age, weather, and if your kid goes to daycare/school makes a difference!
Pre-walker-Early walker: I would say I loved our leather moccs and Robeez. Even now at 2 y/o, she wears moccs at least a couple times a week. Baby Gap for some cute crib shoes.
Early walker: See Kai Run Smaller
Warm Weather: Saltwater Sandals and Mini Melissa - pretty much what LO lives in these days, she loves them so.
Regular/Cooler Weather: Nike Frees, Toms, SKR sneakers, Gap. We also love our Hunter and Ugg boots when weather calls for them.

Baby Asics are quite popular in Japan and my friends kids are pretty addicted to them because they are so comfortable. I think they are just starting to sell it in the US!

we've had her in SKR smallers and baby bogs. Just bought a pair of baby bogs in the next size up, but she is too big for SKR smallers now.
I think I'm going to get her a pair of soft star shoes when the snow all melts for her next every day shoes.
Not sure what to do about sandals/ hot weather shoes yet.
ETA: she is in an in-home day care, so she just wears socks or bobux/robeez style slippers inside.

@gracecat: My sister lives in Tokyo and I asked her to go look for those! They are so adorable. She suggested Rakuten because they ship to the USA. I found them on there! http://global.rakuten.com/en/category/505374/?tag=1000860
I'm waiting to see if she finds them in person, but yay! Also for anyone else who wants these.

When they were younger I liked SKR, Stride Rite, and Pediped. Now I like New Balance and Puma! For casual wear I love the ease of Crocs!
