What’s your favorite workout program or plan? I need to start working out again now that baby #3 is 3 months old and I’m back at work and in a routine. But I’m overwhelmed with options of WHAT I should be doing and will make the most difference! I have another 15lbs to lose and have zero tone right now. I can commit to 30-45 minutes a day, and can either use my offices gym or workout at home.
I feel like I get the most bang for my buck. I never got a good workout from videos but running for 30 or 40 mins is energizing and burns a ton of calories.
