    @Mrs. Bells: I loved my nosey bear! You squeeze the belly and all the glitter and star confetti swirled around the dome in his nose. I still have him somewhere!

    I am loving each and every thing on this thread! I can only hope my LO's childhood will be filled with all these cool things! Each one is better than the last!

    @Smurfette, @T-Mom: I loved my necklace too! It was such a big event to get a new charm!

    @Rachiecakes: That is hilarious! Your friend's SO is awesome! I would definitely stop him if I saw him on the street!

    love this thread... I forgot about so many things, like pencil boxes with compartments and Peaches n Cream Barbie! I had Crystal Barbie too.

    here are some more of my 80s faves: Sanrio erasers in plastic containers, Exclamation perfume (maybe this was from the 90s), and Star Search!

    @SAHM0811: I miss star search! Way better than American Idol, haha... And I loved nothings fair in fifth grade. I can still remeber how horrible I felt for Elsie...

    Tororojo: haha! I *lived* for Book Fairs! I was always so proud of my purchases. I also loved to buy fancy bookmarks (like with rainbows and glitter). I can almost remember the smell of the new books, too.
