If you posted something mothers day related on facebook, did you post about yourself and being a mom, or your mom? (If both, the main focus or the post that came first.) I was surprised to see several friends write about their kids and being a mom, even when they have their moms in their lives and at least a couple are fb friends with their moms... but now I'm thinking maybe that's just what people do!

(For the record, I personally consider statements/opinions about motherhood in general to be about the person who is expressing them.)
