@Radish: @septca: you can ovulate up to three days after your last fertile CM, so there is hope! Actually, I didn't usually O until about 36 hours or so after it. Don't give up!

@Crystal: I'm totally totally bummed that my cycle was ALL sorts of wackadoo last month. BUT....now we have a chance of being close to EDD buddies! That's pretty great! How is this AF treating you? I'm feeling much better today and haven't been cramping too bad.
@septca: I'm sorry this go around is difficult. DH and I have horribly low sex drives and we also have opposite schedules, both working and just in general. Not counting December, we probably DTD SIX times in 2013. 6! Ridiculous! The first time I woke up DH in lingerie he seemed to think it was really novel and exciting....now he wishes he could just sleep. I think we are just going to have to power through evening weekday sex.
@dc yoga bee: I'm glad this cycle is allowing you to be chill.

I started my three day cleanse today. http://thehealthyfamilyandhome.com/the-3-day-suero-gold-probiotic-cleanse/
I have finished all my homework that is due this weekend. So I can just have a totally relaxing weekend where I am going to focus on honoring my cycle. I anticipate naps, relaxing mineral baths, homemade facials and pedicures/manicures. Lots of reading. Yoga and stretching.
Any other ideas for celebrating and nurturing the feminine?

Thanks all for the nice thoughts! I figured out that the amount of time between our last BD and O (which I felt strongly - ugh) was 54 hours, which is totally within the range of swimmers' lives (3-5 days, so 72-120 hours). We did not BD yesterday (at O) because I solved the mystery of the weird CM... Yeast infection! Awesome, and totally what I needed right now.
@crystal: I am so sorry, sweetie. Take good care of yourself this weekend.
nectarine / 2079 posts
@septca: Glad there is still a decent chance!
@dc yoga bee: You are doing better than I am now. I swear I'm not looking for symptoms, but they are finding me. To add to it, I they correlate perfectly to the symptoms I had at this point with DD now that I look back.

@septca: Yikes! Sorry about the yeast infection! But YAY that your BDing was in the good range!!
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@septca: Yikes, I hope you feel better asap. And you guys did great with bd! EOD,is hard!
@Radish: LOL! I wish some, symptoms would find me. I think it means I'm totally not going to get a bfp this month!

@Radish: It's okay, I'm right there with you... I feel so tired my boobies are sore and I'm an emotional wreck. I just about cried watching the littlest pet shop with my lo this morning. Oh and I have had to pee a lot.
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@dc yoga bee: How did you let go of symptom spotting? It's great that you can relax!
I am sad today b/c I had hope that I haven't O'd yet (and thinking it's coming due to temp dip, CM & mild cramp), but I got a sonogram done today and the tech said she thinks I already O'd Sigh, BD on anyway...
nectarine / 2079 posts
@cyndistar3: I have "suddenly" had to pee a lot these last few days.
I think I have decided I'm going to try to hold out on testing until the 11th. Which means still probably the 9th, haha. But I got to analyzing my last pregnancy cycle and I think my for sure positive came around 10dpo. Now to keep myself busy...

@snowjewelz: booo.. I'm sorry. Have you been BD prior to the appt?
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@Radish: Thank you and how exciting! Waiting to test must be so painful though!
@littlek: I did so I haven't lost all hope yet! But now I wonder when I could've possibled O'd... I did have a temp dip but didn't really have CM and didn't really feel anything
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@snowjewelz: Because I have zero symptoms Were you able to get some bd kn previously?
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@dc yoga bee: Haha I guess that's kind of a blessing! Nothing to over think about and just let what happens happen! I did BD before... I was at the GYN for regular exams and since I told them I'm TTC and never had a sonogram before, they gave me one. And of course I had to ask the tech whether she can tell if I O or not lol. No shame!
nectarine / 2079 posts
@dc yoga bee: No symptoms is a good thing. You "aren't supposed" to have symptoms before a bfp.
grapefruit / 4028 posts
@HolisticMama: Hopefully we both get our BFPs next month and can have twins in spirit!
AF is awful. So much worse than it used to be, but since my cycle was closer to normal, I am hoping this means AF will eventually get there too.
@septca: @Adira: @dc yoga bee: @littlek: Thank you so much.
@snowjewelz: Did you BD before the appt?
DTD on command is hard, yo. I am dreading having to BD so much... I normally love it, but timing and all of that makes it decidedly unsexy.
What do you do to keep it exciting and not make it feel so scheduled?
pomelo / 5607 posts
@dc yoga bee: I had zero symptoms with all of my bfp's! Don't count yourself out yet!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@Crystal: I did; it was just a regular apt so I didn't know they were gonna give me a sonogram! It was nice to be reassured that everything looks good though!
I really have no advice about making it less chore like haha. It's a little rough starting out, but once we start we do enjoy ourselves lol. Also since we're new to TTC we're both excited to think about one of these sessions can lead to a baby!

@Crystal: When we were engaged, one of our family friends threw me a lingerie shower, so I now have tons of cute little lingerie that I never would have picked out for myself. I broke them all out last month and each night put on a different outfit. Kept things fun and a little exciting
Anyone else hate the time from CD1 to O more than the TWW?? Haha. I'm on CD3 now and am super antsy to get this show on the road. At least in the TWW you can symptom spot like mad and hold out the possibility of being preggo! Now I feel like it's just waiting waiting until O.
pomegranate / 3895 posts
@dc yoga bee: The only symptom I had with my bfp was the lack of symptoms... and I had absolutely no PMS. I kept telling my husband that I was waiting for godzilla to come out but that the entire week before my period I felt like I was in the best mood ever.

Dude, you guys, it's been several days since the last BFP. February started out so strong - let's get some more
!!
Any news?!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@theotherstark: Yes, I feel like waiting to O, wondering if you O has been worse than TWW! BUT, if I obsess w/ symptoms then TWW can be hell too
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@BakerBee: Yes!!! Other than work drama, I'm going to yoga regularly, going on walks at lunch, eating good food with dh, and enjoying life! Not a single flutter, cramp, gas, nada lol
pomegranate / 3895 posts
@dc yoga bee: After these symptom (and BFN) filled times, I was shocked that my BFP month was so anticlimatic. I also didn't break out like I usually do the week before my period. I was just like you - just enjoying life and going on my merry way.
pomelo / 5607 posts
@theotherstark: If you watch the pregnancy test board too, there's been a few more. Someone got a bfp today!

@dc yoga bee: I'm crossing my fingers that no symptoms = a symptom for you!

@Crystal: Last cycle I created an entire list of things DH and I want to try to see if they turn us on. We need to explore a lot together sexually. We only know like...three positions.
I also decided to buy something sexy to wear every time AF arrives as a consolation prize.
DH really loves candles for some reason. LOL. It makes me laugh. So we light a lot of candles. And I feel more beautiful in candlelight.
I'm really trying to connect with my sensual goddess side.

Going to get blood drawn for my second ovarian assessment report.
Everyone having a good Friday?
grapefruit / 4028 posts
@HolisticMama: The candles sound like a good idea! I will try that!
I love the idea of a list... though I've no idea where to start with that!
We bought some fun... items to bring in to the bedroom with us to spice it up, but I am semi afraid it will vibrate all the goods right out, lol.
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@Crystal: @HolisticMama: We bought "Position Sex Bible." Dont google that on work computer!! Knowing those same 3 positions got old to my hubs after 4years, so I looked up something with color pictures and detailed descriptions. Oh.my.lord! That nightstand gem with some preseed has changed the game!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
We def need to be more creative in the bedroom, TTC or not. Interesting ideas here!
grapefruit / 4770 posts
@snowjewelz: Get the book!! Instead of saying okay DH its time for scheduled sex, I had the idea to leave a post it in the book on a ridiculous position that I wouldn't really want to bend my body into, and leave it on the bed. It makes for a more fun and light hearted approach!
