This is tonight for us! I think the LOs will have leftover chicken Alfredo and broccoli and we will make sandwiches or breakfast for dinner.
Do you have fend for yourself or leftover nights?

At least twice a week... I like to keep our freezer stocked so we have options when I just don't feel like cooking.

Right now every night since I found out I am expecting basically. I still can't eat a proper meal.

Yeah it's been bad at our house lately, with exhaustion and MS setting in, DH has been taking over which means a lot of freezer (processed) foods and easy pasta dishes. I really need to feed my family better

Leftover nights are really common in our house -- sometimes it's easier to make a little extra when we do cook so we have at least one other meal for the week!

Yep. DH works late a couples nights a weeks and usually grabs something for dinner on his way home. I'm perfectly happy with leftovers or a sandwich on those nights.

Pretty much any night that DH goes to play soccer while I put LO down for the night. He won't get home until almost 9, so it's not worth cooking dinner and eating so late.

We just incorporated this weekly into our meal plan. I like being off the hook for cooking.

Pretty much Mon-Thursday if fend for myself night. I hate cooking for myself since R won't eat 90% of what we make.

We have leftover night every other night since I usually make one dinner to cover 2 nights.

Umm sometimes. Usually I don't cook on Saturdays but the past few weeks I did because we were ending up with no leftovers! But this past Saturday I didn't have to cook. Hopefully I'll be back off. I used not to cook at all on weekends but since cutting out processed foods we have a lot less "extra" just laying around. Sundays are usually a crock pot thing though so, it's almost like not cooking lol
