I usually have VERY light spotting for two days before I get the the full flow. Do you count your first day of period at the first sight of spotting or the first day of full bleeding?

usually regular flow. this month was SO heavy. I've napped every single day!

Full flow. My IVF nurse has me count that as day 1.

@Leialou: Thanks! I'll start counting full flow as day 1 from now on too. I use to always go back and forth on it.

I considered CD1 the first time I needed to use a tampon. If a panty liner would still do I considered that just spotting.

When I was charting on Fertility Friend, it said to count the first full day of bleeding. So whenever I needed to use a tampon, I counted that as Cd1

Full flow here too! I'm like you in that I spot very lightly for the first two days, then get super heavy the first full flow day.
