@delight: no! it is a really simple pattern - raglan style sleeves like that are way easier to sew (and, way easier to put on chubby babies which is why I love them). sewing is fun, get into it!!

That's gorgeous! I've finally been getting into sewing for my little girl and LOVE these bubble skirts - I can whip them up in 30 mins now!

@mrs.cookie: yes! I made one for the wedding we went to last weekend. naturally, he yanked it all wonky/crooked but it was cute at first that skirt is SO cute, I would love to sew little girl stuff!
@BabyBoecksMom: I SAH, so if I got everything done during first nap that I needed/wanted to for the day, I sew during second nap. Right now he is down for the night and we're having leftovers for dinner so I'm going to go sew. I think you WOH so that is probably not helpful since you have a zillion things to do once you get home (I assume, and assume you have super powers because I don't know how anyone does it!). But honestly, once you get the beginnings down of sewing, it can be a really rewarding, fast hobby. Which is part of what I like about it

@scg00387: so glad to hear there is hope for me to eventually get back to my hobbies. I really want to finish a quilt I started for DS's nursery, but I'm thinking its going to be a while before that happens!
