I need your help, ladies!!
my midwife told me today to take at least one tablespoon of flaxseed every day to prepare for birth. (I'm 36 weeks) Did anyone every hear of this? (I haven't heard of it before...) Did it help?
I tried it toady and I really can't stand the taste. Do any of you have a recipe to “disguise” the taste or make it better?
