Does it exist? All I see online are ones for kids over 2. Scribble is trying to escape his float all the time and the life jackets look so uncomfortable/choking.

I don't think they are very safe. We just hold LO when he's in the pool. I don't like floats either because I feel like parents use the float as a babysitter and don't watch their children. My husband was a lifeguard and most of the "saves" he did were related to children in floats being unsupervised and flipping over.
