I'm so bummed. Logan just got retested for his peanut and tree nut allergies as well as to get a baseline for his sesame. All his numbers are so much WORSE! Sesame is at 17.90 kU/L, which is horrible. And Peanut went from 11.00 kU/L to 44.00 kU/L! I'm so disheartened! And all our tree nut numbers doubled. They were fairly low to start with (the highest being around 2.3 kU/L) and I was hoping maybe he'd outgrow tree nuts, but that's not looking to be the case.
Looking for any words of encouragement or experience with these types of high numbers increasing...
Would you consider oral immunotherapy? DD has been doing it since February and we are very happy with the results so far. She has a peanut allergy. PM me if you want to chat about it.
