@locavore_mama: DH will go to most without me. I'll be so pregnant most of the season, I'll want to be home.

I don't really understand football, I mean, I get the general concept, but I don't understand the detailed plays. I don't think I've seen a game in at least 15 years, not interested. And with a husband from Europe, he doesn't particularly care.

I'm excited because I love autumn and watching football (even if I don't completely understand what's going on). I'm dreading it because it means back to school time! Haha

I'm excited for football season, but not having to call Directv for our annual nfl ticket package!

I would be MUCH more excited if we had a place to entertain. I love football but much prefer the togetherness of watching football.

Ambivalent. I don't really care for football, but Hubs loves it and does a Fantasy Football league. It consumes his Sundays, but that gives me freedom to watch my crap shows while he's doing that, haha. Plus I do love watching The League.

Super excited for College! Dread for NFL.
I don't know why I like college football so much better? Maybe because it's not on Sundays... haha

@looch: Don't worry, even as a player's wife I never fully understood that game. There are way too many rules, and they change them all the time!!

SO excited!!! We only do college football, so our Saturday's are consumed with Husker football (and all other Big 10 schools.)

@MamaMoose: I've always been so curious as to what team your hubby played for!
I could care less.. DH though, oh he's about to lose his mind. My mom bought him tickets for every home game for his team (about 3 hours away)..so at least once a month I'll have a day to myself where DH is out of town..Now THAT i'm excited for

@bpcmarj: I agree. I love watching games with a crowd, and our house does not have the room for it.
