We're not there yet, but I suspect we'll hold onto our girl name that we picked for #1 and then just pick a new boy name.

Yup! Pre-babies our list was really short though...one boy, one girl name. DS and baby #2 are both named off that list (thankfully this baby is a girl hehe).

We will still use the girl one we picked, we will have to pick a new boy one.

I imagine if we have another we'll draw from our list for #1, at least for a girl.
Unless it's a boy, then we'd have to start fresh, but only because Evan was the only name we could agree on/met our name criteria.

Yes and no. There are some names on our list from LO that are too similar to her name so those will get nixed. Same goes for ones that don't sound good with her name even if they are different.
Our boy name has been the same for YEARS so that one will stay for sure. -
Our girl name is pretty set in stone.
Boys list is the same as it was with LO. I sometimes throw a new one out there but it is usually vetoed ha!

Yes, we used the runner up name for baby 2 but we tweaked the spelling.

We didn't really consider names until we found out that E was going to be a boy. If this baby was also a boy we'd definitely be using our name list from E. Since its a girl we're using new ones!

We were team green both times and yep we recycled the boys name list for #2 since #1 was a girl. However, our top choice of a boys name wasn't the name we ultimately chose for DS; and to some extent I'm a little surprised by that since we were so set on it the first time.

We were Team Green both times, and came up with new names for both children.

We had two names picked out for LO1 and decided on his name once he was born. Since the backup name was very much a contender for LO1, I don't feel comfortable using it for LO2. So we're starting with a new list, and it's going to be tough to find another boy's name.

We picked a boy and girl name for LO, and since she's a girl the plan was to keep the boy name for the next. But later I decided it's way too popular for my liking so we picked a new one, and had to find a new girl name in case this one's a girl. We're team green this time so we have to have both names ready.

@bluestriped bee: I bet it will be the same for #2. If it's another boy, we only liked a handful of boy names anyway, so we will revisit them. If it's a girl, she's already named!
