I'm keeping most of it! Luckily we have a lot of storage space in our garage rafters. I waffle back and forth too though, honestly.

If you have the space, I say keep it until you're done.

If not, I'd probably sort through the clothes and keep mostly the stuff that can pass as gender neutral.

We've kept them but, just being honest, I have a feeling our second lo will have a decent amount of clothes just for them anyway. (ETA grandma loves buying lo clothes!)

I am keeping it all, but we have the space. If we didn't, I'd try to sell some and keep only the special pieces.

Right now we're pretty split. I kept the clothes from the first one (boy) because the second one (girl) was so closely born afterwards. DS was 13 months old when DD was born. But to be fair until about 6 m clothing there wasn't much change just because of the gender since we were Team Green both times.

Since we're talking about TTC bebe 3 come next January or so, I've been sorting through all the clothes I'd kept and I'm starting to thin down. The whole sell/give away/donate thing. Some shirts that I don't think I can replace or truly gender neutral items I'm keeping. The onesies that aren't too stained? Keep.Some boy clothes and some girl clothes I'll keep also, my favorites. But I figure in a year my tastes may change and fashions will too so I'll just get new stuff by the time bebe 3 comes along!

And yes, we'll probably be Team Green a third time. Why break what works for us?

We are in the keep category too, the exception being if I knew someone who could use them now. We have more than enough spacee though so I figure why not?

DH and I love to purge, so we won't keep anything other expensive or special outfits. we plan to have 3-5 years between kids, and I know I'll want to buy more current trends/outfits by then.

We kept all our clothes. It is darling to see DS#2 in clothing that DS#2 wore. I do have all of DD clothes too, in the hopes I can convince DH To go for LO#4

We kept all the clothes from #1 (which are mostly hand-me-downs from his older cousins) and luckily are having another boy. I don't know if we will keep them after this baby. Our basement is finished so we don't have a ton of storage space like we had at our old house. I think maybe we'll keep the good stuff but after this baby a lot of the items will have been worn by 5 kids so they will probably be about ready to be retired anyway. Same thing with my maternity clothes. Many items have been through 5 pregnancies at this point so I won't feel too bad about getting rid of them.

I'm keeping everything! Surely a friend of mine will be in need in 5ish years

I'm keeping everything I have that is in good condition and I actually like.. Some stuff was gifted from friends or hand-me-downs, and is not my style but Lo wore them just to have more clothes (read:less frequent laundry for mom) but they aren't things I want to re-use!

We have big plastic rubbermaid containers and the plan is to sort everything by sizes, then gender neutral/obvious boy, and then break it down into those bags that you vacuum the air out of by type (PJ's, onesies, bottoms)

I've kept most of it, and then if we end up with a boy I will sell it. The stuff is too cute to get rid of!

If #2 is a boy, we will be selling off DD's clothes. We will keep some special occasion outfits or the really unique classic pieces. But all the Carters junk, no reason to store that! We are pretty sure we just want 2 but would consider more way later on. Not worth storing it all!

If we had better storage I'd keep them all just in case! We have friends that gave us a ton of hand me downs and it's kind of an unspoken rule that we're saving them to give back when she has another LO. Maybe you have someone you can pawn them off to who is willing to give them back?

I chose one or two special pieces of clothing from each size and donated the rest. I don't know when/if we will have a second LO, and I know I will want to buy new stuff if that time ever comes.

I'm keeping the stuff I LOVE but selling/donating the rest. Went from 3 big boxes down to half a box.

I've been keeping DD's things. Mostly because I just love them and can't part with them yet. However, at the same time, it makes sense to just sell/give them away. Unless we have the same sex and have them at the same time of year, it doesn't make too much sense to keep them. If I got pregnant now, we'd have a middle of the winter baby, and dd was a middle of the summer baby.. not a lot of overlap in clothes.

I've kept all of dd's clothes so far, although I'm planning to go through them all and keep my favorites and then donate the rest.
