did you blog or babybook after 1 year?
I haven't, but got to posting a 15 month update. So now I'm hoping to do it every 3 months til his 2nd birthday. Fingers crossed.

I didn't keep going. I should probably do one for his second birthday! I had every intention of doing one at 15m and 18m but that didn't happen.

Do you mean filling out pages in a baby book?
If so yes I still do it - once per year (my kids are 3 and 5) I put height, weight, shoe size, favs, and a picture
