My husband and I usually cut our oldest son's hair. He's only had his hair cut at the barber shop twice in his 3.5 years of life. I've cut his hair a few times but this was probably over 1.5 years ago as well. And that was probably the last time I cut his hair. So tonight I decided to cut his hair and what a big mistake that turned out to be! He moved and I took a big chunk out from the front right side of his hair. Then I cut his bangs too short as well. He kept complaining his Netflix cartoon kept buffering. Finally when he accepted that we didn't have a good connection in his bathroom and that he'll wait I had already made mistakes to his hair. Then when I got sad that I messed up his hair he got sad and said, "I want my long hair back. Now I look like Baba (my husband) b/c he has reeeeeeeally short hair." Then he gave me a sad face. :(((( Broke my heart! I felt so bad. I told him that it'll grow back and that we can put gel in his hair to make it look cooler. Guess I'm not cutting his hair again!

Oh, and to make matters worse, I haven't even taken the boys' Christmas photo yet. Wah! What on earth was I thinking? I think the restaurant put WAY too much salt in my food so it clouded my judgement when I decided to cut his hair tonight. Seriously, the Japanese teppanyaki place we went to spilled salt on everything! I had to ask not to put any salt on my steak. I still feel so ill from it. I guess I'm not huge on complaining about my food b/c I don't want them to spit in it. :\
