I have absolutely zero-tolerance for bullying, racism, and unprofessional behaviour in a work environment. Other things are bad, too, but the three I mentioned are ones that REALLY get me going and make me red in the face.

Bullying- especially for something that a child has NO control over (special needs, appearance, etc). It makes my skin crawl,
Violence (or neglect) toward animals/children/the elderly, Three groups that are completely helpless.

I have no tolerance for bullying, child/domestic abuse (actually violence in any form) racism too, but on a day to day incompetent people. People who think they know it all, think they are the best yet they can't do their job right.

Flakiness. It absolutely drives me nuts when people cannot follow through with things.

Bullying and child abuse as an overall societal blight. But on a day-to-day basis, I just can't stand when people don't think before they open their mouths, or when they say things just to get a rise out of people. Why do you want to intentionally piss people off? Ugh, it really gets my blood boiling.

Bigotry, of any variety. And child abuse- sexual, verbal, physical, anyone who takes advantage of a child.

Ignorance.

Violence/Abuse toward women, children, elderly, ect. Making fun of someone with special needs, racism or prejudice against anyone for religion/gender/sexual orientation/ect. Also those who judge against my political view, don't jump down my throat because of my beliefs just because they differ than yours.
Small minded people drive me nuts, and unfortunately in my area there are a ton to go around. And being a fairly liberal person isn't the easiest in a primarily conservative area!
