I couldn't believe it when I read what she said. DH and I have worked in politics for a while and I don't know any press people that would speak this way to a media outlet, even if they thought they were "off the record." You don't take a chance like that.

Christine Quinn was at my subway stop this morning and I wanted to kiss her feet. Thank you for not being a total joke candidate and actually relatable! I think it's such a shame that Weiner was ever ahead of her in the polls at any point.

What the heck kind of communications director is she? PR 101, even if they say it's off the record, you operate as if whatever you say could appear in a story. She hasn't been fired yet?
