I'm looking for some inspiration for freezer friendly meals. My favorites are anything stew like or with a lot of sauce (e.g. chili, beef brisket, lentil soup). What are your favorite freezer friendly meals?

Mine are: lasagna, beef stroganof, chicken &I noodles, chili...hmmm...I can't think of anything else off the cuff!

thai curry freezes really well! Jar of thai curry paste, can of coconut milk, sauteed chicken and veggies. Done!

I make "Gravy" - Pasta sauce with meatballs and sausage. Its my grandmother recipe. It makes a lot and you can freeze it easily and all you need to do is boil pasta - tada! meal complete

soups: chili, taco, chicken noodle, white chili, broccoli veggie/broccoli.
lasgana, tator tot casserole, tuna casserole, beef stoganoff, meatballs, and crock pot meals (I do veggies/meats that all I have to do is throw in the crockpot to make!)

I love making soup to freeze!
Lasagna/manicotti is good, and casseroles freeze SUPER well! -

One of my favorites that I made before we had LO was a beef stew with cubed beef chuck roast (2lbs), sweet potato(4, cubed), baby carrots(3 cups), chili powder, cumin, coriander, salt, pepper, cinnamon and cayenne pepper. I just chopped all the ingredients and froze in a bag. When I was ready to cook, I dumped it in the crock pot with some beef broth and cooked on low for 8 hours.
