It's that time of year again, and I'm thinking ahead to the next month or so when I will be making some meals to freeze. My mom will be coming over for an afternoon to help me out. So far I am thinking: Chili (one of my favorite foods ever), shepherds pie, lasagna and some sort of soup. I would like to make a few more things that freeze well. Or some sort of crockpot dump meal.
