Aside from the usual pregancy related diet restrictions, i,e runny eggs, certain seafood, rare meats, alcohol (Oh, Mojitos, how I miss you already.) etc. I have found myself faced with a whole new slew of diet restrictions that just make things so effing frustrating!
I have having a serious problem with gas. And it isn't like the smelly gas either. I WISH I had that! Like, I am only 11 weeks and look like I am 4 months sometimes because of the intense and frankly, painful, bloating.
So, I have to manage with diet since OTC meds aren't making a dent. Which means, no:
Beans (meh), Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Celery, Asparagus, Artichokes, Potatoes, Corn, Cucumber, Lettuce, Zucchini, Carrots, Onion, Apples, Grapes, Bananas, Peaches, Dairy, Whole Grains, Granola, Fried Food, Sugary Food, Sugar Substitutes, .... and that is just to name a a very small FEW of my favorite foods I can no longer eat.
This website lists pretty much everything my Dr. listed... What the F is there left for me to eat??? They took away ALL my favorites!

Oh, and the Acid/Heartbun that is also so intense already at 11 weeks, means I have to get rid of salty foods, citrus and spicy foods as well. Also some of my favorites. Ugh...
And to think. I am not even a third of the way through just yet!!!
