I would call just in case. Sometimes you don't get sore from the shot until awhile after, which could be why it took some time. My lo took a couple of hours to get fussy but it only lasted a night.

olive had a fever and was cranky that night, but was fine the next day. i would give the pediatrician a call.

For us it lasted less than 24 hours. Maybe it coincides with a fussy stage? We have had a few occasional fussy weeks. Best to check with the doc of course. Hope it gets better!
