Not pregnant or even TTC yet..... I'm just a crazy planner!
For baby #2 I promised DH we could go team green. I thought that I had the nursery idea figured out but I'm starting to not like it so much. I want to have something I love already in my head by the time we do start TTC and get pregnant so I'm not tempted to find out the gender just so I can make a pretty nursery.
Ideas please?!

I think ours is pretty gender neutral ... We already had brown walls (leftover from previous tenants) so we just added lots of colors that we liked.

We did a teal green/blue nursery for my LO. She ended up being a girl so we added a pink rug and it worked out nicely.
I am not sure if we will be team green for #2 though!

Our nursery was a nice green/cream color with soft yellow walls. THe bedding was cute "B is for Bear" with a little bear on it. The sheets are stars. And it was fantastic, because we used it for both of our kids! So I didn't have to buy bedding again when DS came after DD.

We are doing gray and white forest/woodsy theme, then after we find out gender we'll add in some color with more gender-specific stuffed animals and such... A few inspiration photos of mine...

I found alphabet-themed bedding that I loved and the colors are all bright, neutral colors. I intend to use the nursery for baby #2 (although not even TTC yet) and move DS to a big boy room.

@artbee: my friend IRL promised her SO the same thing for #2! He even requested all potential names be kept a secret! She is due next week!
They did a Teddy Bear theme! She said she'll just toss in the appropriate blue/pink accents and go from there. It's super cute! I could see going all vintage with some cute cuddle ones.
Ours is rather neutral. We are renting so left the walls cream and our comforter is Olli & Lime (Charlie set seen in this pos but they no longer sell it http://olliandlimeblog.com/2012/04/18/olli-and-lime-and-liam/). I made the bed skirt and sheets etc to match to cut costs. We did those wall decals of birch trees behind the crib and dresser/dressing table and added some Giraffe and jungle inspired wall hangings that pulled from the colors in the bedding. I recovered some oversized letters spelling DS's name over the bed using fabric that matched the bedspread and sheets.

@runnerd: Our nursery is very similar to your second inspiration pick! Except cream walls and dark brown trees :). Love the gray and white combo!

One of my only regrets is that we haven't bought a house yet so won't be able to customise a nursery how I'd want it living in a rented house.
